After leading 1-0 and 2-1 the Icemen needed overtime to add 2 points to the Win Column.

Quinton Bell played another solid game between the pipes for the Icemen win. Half way through the overtime period of this questionably officiated game, Icemen rookie Zach Littlechild scored the winning goal to send his team mates cheering to their dressing room.

Icemen take to the road for their next two games. Sunday October 10th. they travel to the Bill Hunter Arena in Edmonton and take on the Edmonton Mustangs. Game time is 8:00 p.m. Then Friday night October 15th they are in Sherwood Park, with an 8:30 game time.

Icemen's next home action will be Sunday October 17th when they face off against the Merchants from St. Albert, game time 2:00 p.m.
